アメリカ発の「ジブリ風画像生成問題」は、大変な議論を巻き起こしました。根本的な問題に加えて政治利用の問題も浮上しました。

さて、過去には、SeaArtを使っていて「これは完全にアウトだな」「これはグレーだな」そういう画像を目にすることが多かっです。しかし、最近はかなり少なくなってきました。運営側もようやくそういう部分に関与してきたのだなと思います。

「画像生成AI」+「オマージュ」で検索すると、『パクリかパロディかオマージュか』というようなタイトルの記事がヒットしました。まさにそのタイトルに書かれていることが、画像生成AIでの創作物に対する議論のまとになっていると思います。

元の作品あるいは著名人の写真を利用してモデルやLoRAを作り、それを利用して画像生成することは完全にアウトだと思います。しかし、それ以外の方法で生成された画像に対するグレーや白判定はなかなか難しいところです。

その辺について、問題提起したいと思います。
